Happy Thanksgiving to Everybody

At the beginning Thanksgiving was a time
when the Pilgrims came to America
and celebrated by having a feast
with some Native Americans in the area
that helped them get food.
It was a huge feast with many people there.

Today in the USA, they celebrate Thanksgiving
as a time to get together
with family or friends.

Over there, Turkey is definitely a popular food on Thanksgiving!
It is a joyful celebration !

I just want to say to everybody
Thank you for everything you bring me.

who will have come and read
my thoughts destined to my pupils.

Save our planet

Save our planet
We all want to live in a perfect world.

Not easy and even difficult
when everybody doesn't pay attention
to the others and the planet where we live.

You can read and apply some rules to help the planet to survive.

1 - Turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth
2 - Switch your shower head.
3 - Compost your kitchen vegetable
4 - Eat seasonally.
5 - Turn off TVs, computers, video games and any other electronic gadgets.
6 - Recycle your old computer.
7 - Take a walk. It's good for you.
8 - Breathe easier. Do not use aerosol air freshener.
9 - Junk the mail. We each receive about 70 pounds of junk mail each year.
10 - Don't fear to tell your friends to help the planet to be cleaner. It is courageous.

Enjoy your holidays
This is the end of the first part of the schoolyear.


Like we do every year, the Collège organized a cross.

It was a very good day. Beautiful weather.

Between the races teachers and pupils talked together.

We had a good fun together before holidays.


And now enjoy your holidays.

Children

Children
Do you remember when you were little ?

When I look at children around me
they bring me a happy sense for my life.

They very often are surprising,
telling things we could not imagine.

Children often are pure.
They do not calculate when they do something.

Each child comes into life with wonder,
curiosity, awe, spontaneity, vitality, flexibility.

Young children have large imaginations,
creative minds, and sensitive personalities.

Each child is as a unique gift
capable of doing wonderful things in the world .

Do you know that more than 1/4 of the children
in the world live in misery and poverty ?

Do you know that more than 350 000 children
in the world do not eat enough every day ?

Help and Respect all the children.
